Privacy policy

This page is a working draft pending formal legal review. It will be finalised against the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles before launch.

What we collect

When a teacher, school representative or referrer submits a form on this site (sampler booking, general enquiry, referral, PD expression of interest, or newsletter signup), we collect the details provided in that form — typically name, school, role, subject/year level, email and optionally phone number.

We do not collect information directly from students. Any student engagement data referenced on this site (for example quiz accuracy) is aggregated and de-identified.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run sampler and journey sessions, and — where you've given consent — send you journey updates and our monthly newsletter. Form submissions are stored in our CRM (Pipedrive).

Live sessions and Microsoft Teams

Live journeys and exchanges run over Microsoft Teams. Your school's existing Teams environment and account policies govern how student accounts join a session; Vyatra does not require students to create new accounts or provide personal information to us directly to participate.

Referrals

If you refer a colleague, we use the details you provide (their name, school and email) solely to make contact about Vyatra and to track your referral reward.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@vyatra.com.
